Terms & Conditions
Please leave your WA phone number for us to proceed with your orders. All items are on a preorder basis unless stated otherwise. Please note that we do not keep real-time track of inventory, so not all items listed on our website are always available for order, as availability depends on stock at HQ. Our website is managed by one person only, so there aren’t enough hands to constantly update inventory with HQ. If the item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you accordingly.
(1) Pre-Orders & Product Availability
- Azia Enterprise only operates as an intermediary for pre-orders from various shopping platforms.
- All pre-orders are subject to availability from the original sellers. If an item becomes unavailable, customers will be notified and offered an alternative or a refund.
(2) Pricing & Payments
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full payment must be made. Orders will not be processed (cancelled) if no full payments received.
- Instock prices may differ than preorder prices.
(3) Order Submission & ETA

Orders will be submitted in batches every night, at 10pm (NO RUSH ORDERS).
- ETA vary based on seller processing and shipping process (usually 10-20 days). Customers will be updated on their order status.
(4) Shipping, Delivery & Delays
- Azia Enterprise is not responsible for any delays caused by the original sellers, customs, or courier services.
- Customers should be willing to wait in case of unexpected delays beyond our control. Updates will be provided as necessary.
(5) Item Ran Out of Stock
- Please note that your order may go out of stock before it is submitted. If this happens, we will notify you, and you can either choose an alternative (e.g., different color or size) or request a full refund.
(6) Exchange Policy
- Exchanges (e.g., for a different size or color) are subject to availability and must be requested before the order is shipped.
- Once shipped and arrived, exchanges are no longer possible, unless it is due to our (Azia Ent.) own mistakes.
(7) Reorder/Refunds
- All sales are final. Reorder and refunds will not be issued for supplier errors or circumstances beyond our control unless the supplier refunds the amount to us.
- Refunds for canceled pre-orders will be given if the original seller cancels the order and refunds the amount to us.
(8) Supplier Errors & Product Issues
- We act as an intermediary for pre-orders and do not manufacture or directly supply the products. Therefore, we are not responsible for any errors made by the supplier, including but not limited to defects, missing items, incorrect orders, or product quality issues. Any concerns regarding such matters will need to be addressed with the supplier, and we will assist in communication where possible, but we cannot guarantee resolutions or replacements.
(9) Respect & Communication
- We strive for excellent service and appreciate respectful communication.
- Respectful and courteous behavior is expected from both sellers and customers at all times.
- Any form of disrespectful behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or verbal abuse, will not be tolerated and will be blacklisted immediately.
